SEMINAR No. 1: The Entrepreneurial Notary: two CPE points
Content Overview
If you are thinking of ‘coming off the roll’ or simply want to boost income, this half -day seminar is for you. It looks at the business of being a notary; it explores why some notaries do very much better than others, looks at marketing – what works, what doesn’t and how much to spend.
SEMINAR No. 2: Computer Efficiencyand Personal Productivty:
two CPE points
Content Overview
We demonstrate ‘what’ you need to know as well as ‘how’ to be efficient as a notary.
To a certain extent the seminar follows on from the business efficiency seminar; it covers the production and content of smartly presented documents using tried and trusted templates (supplied on memory stick for you to take-away). We demonstrate the best to use Microsoft Office’s Word, Excel and Outlook for compliance, efficiency and profit and we talk about storing records electronically, off line data backup options, taking payment by credit cards and online, using Skype and the Data Protection Act. and other related computer issues.
Efficient administrative documentation can prevent misunderstandings between you and your clients thus alleviating the possibility of a complaint.
