LCSL does not disclose any information to third parties; however Notaries Public may be contacted by Law Consultancy Services Ltd with information that is thought to be of possible interest to Notaries Public - Notaries Public may request to opt out.
- The MyNotary website (the website) has been prepared with the primary aim of providing visitors with the means of contacting Notaries Public throughout the UK that wish to receive enquires in relation to services offered. We rely on information provided, and do not guarantee its accuracy; however we do guarantee to validate all entries on the site to ensure that they are indeed practicing Notaries Public registered with their governing body.
- Whilst every effort is made to ensure that www.MyNotary.co.uk is always live – 24/7 - on the web, this cannot and is not guaranteed.
- Visitors to this site are not permitted to reverse engineer, decompile, copy or adapt any software or other code or scripts forming part of the website or attempt to transmit to or via the website any information that contains a virus, worm, Trojan horse or other harmful or disruptive component. Notaries Public
- Notaries Public are responsible in ensuring that their entry is current and correct.
- ‘Premier’ notaries are guaranteed an exclusive-area ‘balloon’ on the Google home page map, active ‘view profile’ links and ‘intelligent-search’ priority listing in ‘List All’. The exclusive-area is agreed at the time of sign-up and is confirmed in writing on the invoice.
- ‘Recommended’ notaries appear on the Google home page interactive map when searched for by town, post code or advanced search. ‘Recommended’ notary entries display full contact details including click-through links to their email and web site.
- Whilst much effort is made by LCSL to promote the MyNotary web site, no referral business is guaranteed, however we guarantee that referral business received by telephone, VoIP or email is forwarded only to ‘Premier’ notaries.
- Renewal; automatic renewal of the exclusive-area is not guaranteed; LCSL will contact the ‘Premier’ notary six weeks before the expiry date stated above and the notary will be given 2 weeks to decide if the listing is to be renewed before LCSL offer the position to another notary in the area.
- Terms of payment: bills to be settled within 7 days from receipt of invoice.
- Passwords: if required to use a password to access any part of the website, you agree to keep confidential any personal login password provided by us and to be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from use of any such password by any third party. We reserve the right to terminate your access to password protected parts of our website if we consider that you are using our website in a manner detrimental to us or to the website or to other users.
The Forum: you are welcome to contribute to the discussion forums on the website. However, you must follow our Posting Rules and your use is only authorised on that basis.
